His grace Bishop Paul held a Priest conference in a place called Resurrection Garden. The grounds of the compound were beautiful.  Scenic areas are reserved for quiet time with God.  His Grace Bishop Paul gave a series of lectures doing a comparative study of Biblical churches.  His Grace began with a discussion of the churches of Jerusalem and Antioch mentioned in the book of Acts.  Then, we studied the Thessalonian church and finally the church of Ephesus in the book of Revelations.  It was a beautiful study of the Word of God as the priest discussed what are the essential qualities that make a church strong.  His Grace stressed the importance of prayer, unity, discipleship and evangelism.  Father Joseph and Father Thomas Kisumu also gave lectures.

 

The Priests were very happy and gained a new challenge for 2010.
