Donations

By God’s grace, the mission continues to grow and many miracles take place daily. Many lives are being changed and many needy and hurting people are being helped by the church, which is the Body of Christ. Each of us is a different part and has a different role in the Body of Christ. Not everyone is called to physically be in Africa. But as the Body of Christ, this mission belongs to all of us – it is our mission to spread the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. We thank all the people that have been supporting Coptic Missions over the years for taking an active role, because without their support, this service would not have been possible.

God still has many dreams for His children. So we also need to continue together to support the mission with prayers. The mission does not rely on quick prayers; rather, we want to storm the heavens with our prayers.

Financial Donations

If you have a desire in your heart to contribute to the mission financially, you can either donate to a specific program, or donate to the general fund, which will be divided over the many programs including:

1. Orphans Project: Providing for the comprehensive needs of 220 orphans.

2. New Widow Project: Providing for the unique needs for over 200 widows.

3. Street Children: Rescuing street children by providing for their education and vocational training in three locations in Kenya.

4. Medical: Meeting the medical needs of people through the Coptic Hospital, Rural Clinics, Hope Center, St Mary Surgical Fund and other programs.

5. Education Support: Supporting children's school fees so that they can have a chance to get a good education. We can break the cycle of poverty if these children can one day get a job to support their families.

6. Daughters of St. Mary: Offering a special service to help encourage girls to make wise choices, stay in school and remain pure.

7. Church Ministries: Supporting the priests, deacons and the ministries that serve the spiritual and social needs of the servants, adults, youth and children.

8. Building Churches: Building 8 new churches in Kenya, 3 in Zambia, 3 in Congo and 2 in Tanzania as many people in different areas come to worship the Lord.

9. Theological School: Putting members of the congregation through the theological school in order to prepare them to be servants. They need some support in covering the basic expenses and supplies.

10. Helping the Poor: Helping the poor in impoverished areas with expenses for special circumstances, including burial and marital expenses.

Needed Items

We are also in need of specific items to help meet the demands of the mission and serve the people better. We would be very grateful if people could either bring with them or send the following items with missionaries or through containers:

1. Technology Items (Laptops, PCs, Printers, Scanners, Copiers)

2. Furniture (Desks, Chairs, Tables)

3. Clothing (All-age clothing in good condition for the orphans, street children, and poor families)

4. Spiritual Books (We want to establish libraries in all the churches)

5. Church Items (Liturgy Vessels, Veils, Liturgy Books, Agpeyas, Katamaros, Synaxariums)

6. Medical Items
